Spotlight on AngelEye of London at Vancouver Fashion Week
Day Three of Vancouver Fashion Week saw London-based label, AngelEye’s, versatile and contemporary Fall/Winter Collection.
AngelEye was established in 2008 and has since become wildly popular and in demand by fashion-loving and trend-conscious women worldwide. AngelEye depicts a ‘London-inspired’ look, very city chic, comfortable and fun. The carefree and creative looks are not only affordable, the prints and designs offered are also eye-catching, and appeal to consumers on a global scale. This quickly growing label has already been recognized by and featured in Vogue, OK!, Look, and a number of fashion publications.
The Fall/Winter 2012 AngelEye Collection presented this week in Vancouver remained true to form, headlining very feminine youthful and cool pieces. Models oozed confidence and worked the runway in looks that can easily go from everyday, daytime wear to sleek and sexy, evening wear. Zippered, sleeveless dresses and flowing chiffon, draped dresses were seen up and down catwalk. Some were decked in sequins and others in floral, vintage patterns – all were equally fresh, vibrant and exuded exquisite quality. My favorite look was the fitted ivory blazer with black, satin lapel paired with on-trend, black liquid leggings. I also loved the cerulean, chiffon dress featuring this season’s hot, hi-low hem which boasted beautiful beading on the shoulders. Lovely!
Every component of this collection was key and masterfully detailed. AngelEye’s positive approach and execution will surely allow the label to continue to flourish and succeed in satisfying their growing national and international fan-base.
