Inspiration:
DIY:
Tulip is one of my go to craft brands, they have everything and it’s excellent quality. And no Tulip is not endorsing this post lol. Couple weeks ago I saw a pair of glitter sided pumps in LouLou Magazine and instantly knew I had to try to make a pair with my $3.00, yes $3.00 shoes I found at Wal-Mart.
What You Need:
Shoes, Glitter, Tulip Glitter Bond, Make-up Sponge
1. Start by making a line of where you want your glitter to go. I started mine at the middle of the back of the shoes and stopped a bit past the heel. You can see the pencil line in the first picture.
2. Using the make-up sponge start spreading the glue on your marked area.
3. Over newspaper, pour a generous amount of glitter over the glue. Shake off the extra.
4. If you have a clear spray paint, spray over the glitter for extra hold.
